Which proof of value do we need in the event of a claim?

Before insuring your shipment, you must first be aware if our insurance policy will cover your goods.

The only 2 proofs of value needed in the event of a claim are :

For Brand New Goods:

An invoice between the sender and the receiver for the Goods(s) dating less than 2 (two) months from the Collection Date.

For Second-hand Goods:

An invoice for the Goods(s) dating less than 2 months from the Collection Date in case the Customer is an official Business, or a written and signed agreement between the sender and the receiver of the package stipulating the value of the Merchandise(s) dating less than 2 months from the Collection Date, in case the Customer is an Individual.

It means we only cover goods that are sold to someone else.

Exclusions

Secursus doesn't cover: Gifts, shipments sent for repair, or shipments where the sender and the receiver are the same person/company.
