How to ask Parcel2Go for your money back: the steps
If you meet all the criteria and requirements of the refund policies listed above, you are ready to ask for your money back!
- Access the portal: First, you need to go to the Parcel2Go website. You need to create your account online or log in if you already have one. Search for the “requesting a Parcel2Go refund” page.
- Find your order: You have to find the order you want a refund for thanks to the reference or the order number.
- Select the reason: When you have it, you will have to select a reason for the refund with a drop-down menu (shipping label error, duplicate order, or failed collection…).
