You will receive your refund based on the service you used to pay for the booking : if you have paid with paypal you will receive your money back on paypal, if you paid with your credit card you will be refunded on your bank account directly!
The refund will take between 1 to 2 day to process and it can take 5 to 7 working days to be received as all refund at Parcel2go must undergo a certain process
You have a maximum of 28 days from the date of your order to ask for a refund, after this time you will no be able to ask Parcel2Go for your money back
No refund will be possible if your parcel has already been collected or dropped off by the carrier
For any parcels that has been dropped off after 12pm note that a day will be added to the guaranteed delivery date

First, you need to reach the Parcel2Go website to be able to ask for the refund there. You need to create your account online or log in if you already have one and search for the “requesting a Parcel2Go refund” page.
Then you have to find the order you want a refund for thanks to the reference or the order number. When you have it, you will have to select a reason for the refund with a drop-down menu : label error, duplicate order or failed collection…
You are finally done ! All you have to do now is wait for your Parcel2Go refund!
You do not want to cancel your order but you just want your shipment to be rescheduled, rearranged? It is possible as well ! What you need: your order reference and the email used for the booking. Click on this link “I want to rebook my Parcel2Go collection” and search for your booking, choose the new time and information and you are done !
