  • The refund will take between 1 to 2 day to process and it can take 5 to 7 working days to be received as all refund at Parcel2go must undergo a certain process

  • You have a maximum of 28 days from the date of your order to ask for a refund, after this time you will no be able to ask Parcel2Go for your money back

  • No refund will be possible if your parcel has already been collected or dropped off by the carrier

  • For any parcels that has been dropped off after 12pm note that a day will be added to the guaranteed delivery date

How to ask Parcel2Go for your money back: the steps

If you meet all these criterias and requirements of the refund policies, you are ready to ask for your money back!

  • First, you need to reach the Parcel2Go website to be able to ask for the refund there. They need to check if your You need to create your account online or log in if you already have one and search for the “requesting a Parcel2Go refund” page and create and request a refund there.
